Internal & External Perception

🌈✨As business owners, we are wholly focused on our products, the value of services, and quality, among many other considerations. But, to add to the ever-growing list of must-haves, there's the perception of your company in the eyes of your customers you must remember to consider.

We all know how easy it is to be in your business and overlook minor details, such as dust in a corner or the incorrect address on a business card, or how you may go months without glancing at your website. What YOU see daily is not typically what your customers see.

Business owners frequently tell me about their plans or hopes for more customers and sales and what needs improvement internally, or their lack of a social media posting schedule. Direct and indirect interactions with your business, such as social media, online reviews, pricing, or website, influence customer perception, of course. But, telling me about what is working or not working from the consumer's perspective is often overlooked.

Here's the good part --> This is where I come in.

When we work together, it's not just a list of things you need or want your customers to learn about you. I evaluate your company, the good, the bad, and the remarkable, weighing the aspects that work and those that don't work from both an internal and external perspective. I enlist a full spectrum of skills helping you make the best decisions for your business from the customers' perspective.
